Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I give my customers 100% satisfaction on any item purchased, I will give you 15 days to return for a complete refund of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it, so I feel 15 days is enough time for you to decide. I will even send you a postage paid label to slap on your box and ship it back to me. I understand that sometimes you want to look and feel the item for making the commitment of keeping it. Be assured that I take alot of pride in making my leather goods, I put alot of love into each piece.
